Affiliate Program Terms

1.Program overview

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the FLUENT affiliate program. By joining the program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

As an affiliate, you earn a 51% commission — $75.99 on each qualifying sale of the on-demand course (The First Inch, priced at $149) made through your unique referral link.

2.Eligibility

The program is open to everyone — you do not need to be a customer to join, though many of our best affiliates are. To participate you must register for an affiliate account, provide accurate information, and be able to receive payment through our supported payout method. We may decline or remove any affiliate at our discretion.

3.How it works

• When you join, you receive a unique referral link.
• When someone clicks your link, a last-click cookie is placed in their browser with a 60-day window.
• If that person purchases the on-demand course within 60 days — and yours was the last affiliate link they clicked — the sale is attributed to you.
• Commissions apply to the on-demand course only. In-person training and keynote bookings are not part of the affiliate program.

4.Commission & payment

You earn 51% ($75.99) per qualifying on-demand sale. Commissions become payable after the standard refund/chargeback window has passed and the sale is confirmed valid.

• Payout schedule: commissions are paid on a monthly basis for the prior month's confirmed sales.
• Minimum threshold: a balance of at least $50 is required before a payout is issued. Balances below the threshold roll over to the next period.
• Method: payouts are made through our supported payment method; you are responsible for providing valid payout details and for any taxes on your earnings.

5.Required FTC disclosure

The law requires you to clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with FLUENT whenever you promote us. You must state, in a way your audience can easily see and understand, that you may earn a commission — for example: "I'm a FLUENT affiliate and may earn a commission if you purchase through my link."

This disclosure must appear close to your referral link, not buried in a footer or a separate page. Compliance with the U.S. FTC endorsement guidelines (and any equivalent rules where you operate) is your responsibility.

6.Prohibited promotion methods

To protect the brand and our customers, you agree not to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk email, messages, or posts;
• Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about FLUENT, its courses, results, or pricing;
• Bid on or use FLUENT's brand names or trademarks in paid search ads, or run ads that impersonate us;
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake reviews, or any deceptive tracking technique;
• Refer your own purchases for the purpose of earning commission (self-referrals);
• Offer unauthorized cash rebates or incentives in exchange for purchases without disclosure; or
• Promote FLUENT on sites or in contexts that are unlawful, infringing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

Violations may result in withheld commissions and removal from the program.

7.Refunds, chargebacks & reversals

While the on-demand course is sold on an all-sales-final basis, a commission will be reversed if the underlying sale is later refunded (in rare approved cases), charged back, reversed, or found to be fraudulent or in violation of these Affiliate Terms. Reversed commissions are deducted from your balance.

8.Independent relationship

Your participation makes you an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of FLUENT. You have no authority to make commitments on our behalf, and you are responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and compliance with the laws that apply to you.

9.Termination

Either party may end this relationship at any time, for any reason. On termination, you must stop using your referral links and our brand assets. Any commissions validly earned and above the payout threshold before termination will be paid on the normal schedule, unless terminated for a violation of these Affiliate Terms.

10.Changes to these terms

We may update these Affiliate Terms, including commission rates, cookie windows, and payout terms, from time to time. Changes apply going forward from the date posted (shown as "Last updated" above).
